Class of 2014
Quinton received his Masters of International Affairs from the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University with a focus on diplomacy and military strategy. In the summer of 2013, Quinton interned with the US Department of State’s Afghanistan Rule of Law Team as a Rosenthal Fellow. He helped manage numerous justice support programs and became the team’s lead on monitoring changes in the Afghan legislative process.
After completing his graduate studies in 2014, Quinton was awarded a nine-month Boren Fellowship to study Kiswahili and work in Tanzania. Following four months of intensive language immersion in Zanzibar, Quinton moved to Arusha, Tanzania to intern with the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) in the Office of the President.
Quinton received a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He is proficient in Spanish and Kiswahili.
