Allison Hutchings

Allison is a Public Health Analyst in the Office of Rural Health Policy at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. In this capacity, she helps oversee the Black Lung Program, which awards grants to state, public, and private entities engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of Black Lung Disease among current, retired, and disabled coal miners.

Allison holds a MALD from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and an MPH from the Harvard Chan School of Public Health. She has previously held positions at CSIS, the U.S. Department of Justice, and Save the Children-India.
